Upon prepayment, you will receive a reservation confirmation including directions
We keep the address a secret on purpose

You may pay for 2 guests to reserve and secure your date and arrival time, and thus receive your reservation confirmation and directions
Please finalize the number of guests, and remaining prepayment, no later than 3 days prior to arrival

As soon as you have a date you are interested in, no matter how far in advance, get your reservation booked
Please keep in mind it is your private time here during your reservation
You need to choose a date and your desired arrival time
Lana has had guests here at 7:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. and all hours in between

There is no clock watching here at the cottage

We do the tour first, which is about 1-1/2 hours

We'll sit in the living room and Lana will share stories about how the house was built, how she found it and how the business got started
It is a good Buffalo, Western New York story

We'll tour the entire cottage

After the tour, you'll sit in the dining room and enjoy your tea
